This month I had the honor of presenting 32 of Judy Niemeyer’s quilts for a guild trunk show with my very own guild! As part of my certified instructor program, I presented a demonstration for the guild and was able to include the trunk show as well.
We had so many quilts we draped some over the chairs for guild members to view prior to our meeting. Some of these very special quilts were also quilted by special quilters such as Karen McTavish of McTavish Quilting Studio, and Angela Walters of Quilting is My Therapy.
We had 80+ excited quilters attend the meeting and following had 5 new guild members and 2 renewals! Everyone who attended received a FREE set of foundation papers for the demo block to take home and try themselves.
